11 Plus Mock Exams West Midlands
Sutton Tutorials hold five mock exams for all children in the Midlands area, regardless of whether they attend tuition classes with ourselves or not, in the months leading up to the 11 Plus exam.
As Close to the Real Exam as Possible
Each 11 Plus mock test is as close as possible to the actual West Midlands 11 Plus exam, and is written by ourselves to create an authentic exam experience for your child.
Each year we carry out thorough research on the format, content and experience of sitting the exam by talking to children who have sat the exam.
We adapt our exams accordingly each year to be as authentic as possible to the real thing, scrutinising each question type and the timing available within each section of the papers.
Realistic Exam Conditions
Sutton Tutorials’ 11 Plus test exams take place under exam conditions with realistic audio instructions and last for approximately 2 hours. Detailed and specific feedback will be provided within five days of sitting the exam.
Detailed Feedback
The results will provide an accurate picture of your child’s progress and will uncover strengths and weaknesses to work on. Many parents and children have found this to be extremely beneficial in the past and have commented on how confident they felt after sitting the exam.
Mock exams 1, 4 & 5 are held at Fortis Academy and Mock exams 2 & 3 are held at Plantsbrook School. And the cost is £70.
Does my child have to attend classes at Sutton Tutorials in order to book a mock exam?
No, you don’t have to attend tuition classes at Sutton Tutorials in order to benefit from our mock exam experience. Sutton Tutorials are proud to offer mock exams to all children in the Midlands area who are preparing for the 11 plus exam.

Terms & Conditions
Copies of the exam paper will not be returned to you after mock exams. All questions are written by Sutton Tutorials and are based on findings from extensive research.
At Sutton Tutorials, we ensure all our invigilators and/or tutors are DBS checked before we allow them to work with children.
Individual exam booking
NO changes to exam sessions or times can be made within 2 weeks of the exam date. We require at least 2 weeks notice before the exam date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the exam date will NOT be issued a refund.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the exam date will be issued a full refund. Sutton Tutorials will aim to issue refunds within 7 days of confirming the customer request.
Multiple exam package booking
Cancellations to multiple exam bookings can only be made within the first 14 days of purchase. After this time, if your child is unable to attend the exam, we will transfer your booking to the classroom based mock exam at our tuition centre on Station Road. If for any reason we cannot hold an event, due to situations that are beyond our control, our in-person events will take place online and no refund will be provided.
